Yulista Holding, LLC Engineer I in Fort Sill, Oklahoma
Yulista Support Services is currently seeking an Engineer I in anticipation of award of contract.
Engineers work in a variety of fields to analyze, develop, and evaluate large scale, complex systems.
Work with Senior Engineers to design products or systems in support of aircraft, aircraft systems, sub-systems, MWOs, and special projects.
Formulate conceptual designs to meet customer requirements.
Prepares reports, presentations, and provides status and feedback to the Projects in a timely manner.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned
Assist with any and all other areas of the Engineering department, other organizational departments, and customers in solving problems, issues, questions, etc.
Create and refine processes and procedures, as required.
Reviews technical reports and other documentation, such as handbooks, bulletins, etc., for use by engineering staff.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities. This position has the responsibility and authority to carry out assigned task.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Participate, research, review, and analyze data such as customer design proposal, specification, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application.
Advanced computer skills specifically using Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn additional computer skills or software programs.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff. External interactions with vendors, customers, contract managers, program managers and top corporate managers will be required
Must be trustworthy – will handle confidential information routinely
Effective oral and technical written communication skills to effectively and clearly communicate complex information to others as well as to present information in front of a group.
Ability to use general office equipment such as fax, phone, copier, etc.
Ability to follow a process. Must be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Strong professional customer service skills, including active listening, prompt service and follow-up.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and consider decision impact across multiple areas.

Ability to perform basic mathematical computations, understand and apply basic concepts of algebra and geometry, detect unobvious facts and issues, and exercise resourcefulness in resolving problems.

Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with strong organization, project management, and leadership skills, preferred.
Ability to understand electrical health and safety legislation the local, state, and federal levels as it pertains to work.
Ability to pass a drug and background screening
Must be able to obtain a government security clearance
Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent, enrolled in an accredited College or University perusing a BA/BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Aviation, Aerospace, Chemical, or other related degreed program.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Project Excel, Power Point, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
Must have at least 6 months of relevant work and/or educational experience, preferred.
Engineering Intern Essential Functions Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications :
Candidate must be currently enrolled and pursing a degree in a relevant field with a strong academic performance, if student
Assist Project Mangers with the research, development, and testing of products.
Research and consolidate data for reports.
Write technical reports as requested by Engineering Department
Assists with editing drawings, prints, records, etc.
Works with Engineering Team to become familiar with CAD systems
Assists with quality assurance activities
Strong analytical skills and ability to apply logic with good follow-through.
Detail oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be reliable and responsible with abilities to work independently, leadership abilities
The Engineering Intern may be required to perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Mechanical Engineer Essential Functions Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications :
Develop CAD technical data packages consisting of 2D drawings, 3D models, and bills of materials in Solid Works, AutoCAD, and other similar software programs.
Perform structural and stress analyses utilizing SolidWorks.
Knowledge of Military Rotary wing platforms, preferred.
Experience and working knowledge of PTC Creo, preferred.
Experience using CreaForm, Go!Scan3D optical scanner and post processing software.
Electrical Engineer Essential Functions Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications :
Responsible for implementing and designing components for any device that uses electricity, as well as the devices themselves.
Focus on the generation of power to the device or product.
Duties include, but not limited to, the following:
Design of system level wiring diagrams, schematics, and cable assembly drawings
Defining and generating BOMs (bill of material)
Performing aircraft electrical loads analysis and drawing preparation using AutoCAD or SolidWorks Electrical.
Experience with RF and/or power system design.
Electronics Engineer Essential Functions Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications :
Work on a project through all its stages of development:
Initial brief for a concept.
Design and development stage
Testing of one or more prototypes
Final manufacture and implementation of a new product or system.
Discussing proposals with clients, testing theoretical designs, writing specifications and technical reports, following defined development processes, creating user-friendly interfaces, ensuring safety regulations are met, project planning and preparing budgets.
Working with colleagues to design new systems, circuits, and devices, and/or develop existing technology.
Systematically improving the detailed design of a piece of electronic equipment.
Ensuring that a product will work with devices developed by others, can be made again reliable, and will perform consistently in specified operating environments.
Attend meetings with subcontractors, supervising technicians, craftspeople, and other colleagues.
Keeping up to date with developments in technologies and regulations.
High level of technical knowledge and IT skills, preferred.
Creativity, innovation and attention to detail.
Experience in electronic circuit design of analog and digital circuitry, preferred.
Experience in the layout of printed circuit boards for use in military test systems, preferred.
Experience with electronic test equipment, preferred.
Experience in the development of test plans and test labs supporting the test of military electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies.
